How many calories do I burn in relation to what I eat??

1️⃣  If you want to lose weight let’s focus on the calories you are consuming first.⁣

2️⃣  Let’s then ensure that we get you moving and exercising regularly….No, not to ensure your weight loss, but to improve your mental and physical wellbeing. ⁣

3️⃣  Let’s be clear on the calorie burn of movement and physical activity against what we are eating. ⁣
⁣

Surprised that 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil = 25-30 minutes of walking? ⁣

Or that a 48 gram Snickers Bar roughly works out at 30 minutes of Body Weight Squats?

You may be surprised at how calorific certain drinks are such as hot drinks…

How about some other examples of the trade off between some food sources and the amount of exercise required to balance calorie intake vs calorie burn….

If we want to maintain a healthy body weight or lose excess body fat…….⁣
