For me there is no better goal than one that considers your own health & wellbeing.

Let’s keep things simple using these 4 key focus points for improving your wellbeing…

𝐌𝐎𝐕𝐄 – Find ways to move more.

This doesn’t have to be going to the gym or even stepping on a treadmill. Simply live a more active lifestyle. Walk more, use cars less. Cycle if you can.

Play with your kids, do more gardening, join a group class…whatever feels enjoyable and realistic to you. Keeping active reduces the chances of long term ill health.

⭐𝘈𝘴 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦!

𝐅𝐔𝐄𝐋 – your body with fresh fruits & vegetables, high quality meats, poultry, fish, pulses. Reduce processed food and ‘free’ sugars.

You don’t necessarily have to make wholesale changes to what you are eating and drinking, but being conscious of what you are consuming and understanding if these foods support the multiple functions of your body is important.

⭐𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘦𝘢𝘵!

𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐓 – Allow time to stop, relax, rest and sleep.

Consider how much sleep you are getting and the quality of that sleep. Find moments of self-care and allow yourself time to stop once in a while.

⭐𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘳 & 𝘳𝘦-𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦.

𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄 – Find the balance.

Party when you can. Value the importance of fun & laughter.
