🔥 𝗪𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝… A hard work ethic is something to be proud of. Find the time to also rest, and when you do, big yourself up for the contributions you make
🔥 𝐏𝐌𝐀 ..Use that positive mental attitude to go further in your training. Staying active breeds endorphins and supports our mental state. We find it easier to be positive when active.
