I had run for many years but had never had any lessons on technique. Joe’s Running Technique Programme was perfect. I now run faster, have improved my fitness, flexibility and am injury free. He also taught me some really useful warmup stretches. The 3 sessions give you everything you need to run well for the rest of your life – as indeed I have been doing since. Recommended 🙂
