    In the past, I had struggled with other programmes, especially with my own accountability, when looking for other programmes I wanted to be sure I had set targets to keep me motivated each week. Despite many unforeseen setbacks that would have ordinarily led me to give up and start again, Joe kept me motivated throughout, even when I was unable to come into the Gym. Knowing that I would get on the scales every week I wanted to prove to myself and to him that I had put in the work. Now I have reached the end of the plan, I cannot believe how easily the nutrition and activity became a part of my daily routine. Joe has helped me to understand how to train and eat sustainably adapting my plan each week. I feel healthier, stronger and energised. I can’t thank him enough!

    Having just completed the 12 week course I cannot recommend it highly enough. Not only did I achieve way more in respect of weight loss than I was expecting but I also significantly changed my body shape. I learned so much about diet and exercise through the course and now feel equipped to understand what I need to do going forward to maintain my weight loss and also understand what my body needs to stay fit and healthy. Clear exercise routines and recipes made the programme easy to follow and Joe was always available and on hand to provide advice whenever I required it. I can honestly say that the course has changed my life and I would absolutely recommend it
