Virtual training

Virtual Personal Training sessions allow you to train with me from anywhere in the world.

At a home gym, outdoors or with no equipment. All the elements of the Personal Training service remain – monitoring of form and guidance through session, training expertise, motivation and encouragement.

Online coaching

Online Coaching offers you training support via a free downloadable app, complete with video demonstrations and 2-way messaging.

I support you remotely and hold you accountable as you progress through tailor-made training plans. Ideal for those with experience of prior training and/or looking for expert guidance to progress their training. 60 day weight loss challenge

Join a remote group all with 1 goal. To lose 10lb in 60 days.

Body transformation programme

This challenge is based upon a weight loss diet plan that sets out to achieve a 10-12% bodyweight reduction in 12 weeks.

Running technique course

A biomechanical efficient running course that develops good running technique, reduces the chance of running injuries and improvements in speed and endurance.

Best suited for novice and intermediate runners

3 x 1 hour face-to-face sessions focus on leg and core-based strengthening, video analysis of running technique and training systems to incorporate into your future run training.
